We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the nearby glacier. The service was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff ensured our room was always clean and tidy. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of shops and commercial services available on-site. The hotel also offered convenient laundry facilities, which was a huge bonus for us. Besides, we appreciated the convenience of having a ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire right here in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the tours and ticket assistance made it easy for us to explore the area.

The view of the glacier was amazing and added a romantic touch to our trip. the location was ideal, with many nearby attractions and activities. We enjoyed the cozy furniture in our room, which made it feel more intimate and cozy.
We had to pay for drinks in the evening, even just water. the breakfast was lacking in fresh vegetables and offered cheap cheese and salami.

Christmas at the hotel was wonderful! We loved the stunning views of the mountains and the glacier. The best aspect of our trip was the location, with easy access to ski slopes and various hiking trails. The hotel provided us with cosy and comfortable accommodation. We particularly appreciated the festive decorations and the Christmas dinner provided.
There were some aspects of our stay that we didn't love. the staff could have been friendlier and more knowledgeable.
